C17, C18, C19. Two-storeyed L-shaped corner block, with extensions of the later period. Symmetrical front (west) of 3 windows. Tiled roof, moulded plaster eaves. Brick walling in Flemish bond, red with blue headers and red quoins above a first-floor band (which is red with a blue central band), red to the ground-floor, rubbed flat arches, plinth; some exposed timber-framing at the rear. C19 mullion and transom windows, and C19 doorway. The eaves at the corner carry a wrought-iron sign bracket. The south elevation has cambered openings with casements, and one angular bay with a large cornice on brackets. Beyond the main block, in each direction, are single-stored extensions, with tile roofing and red brick walling with blue headers.
