Description

This is a red brick wall dating to the 16th and 19th centuries. It projects forward from the west side of a gateway and turns westward to meet Mews Cottage. Constructed in English bond, the wall is approximately 8 feet high and has a prominent plinth. A 19th-century Gothic arched entrance faces east. A line of brick dentils runs below the top of the wall, and the eastern section features a collection of weathered stones placed irregularly.
