Description

Steventon House is an early 19th-century building. It has two storeys and a symmetrical design, with two and a half windows facing both the south-west and south-east. The roof is hipped and covered with slate. The walls are rendered with stucco, and have stone sills and a plinth. The windows are sash windows. A modern classical doorway features a pediment with brackets and an architrave. A small wing extends to the north-west, connected by a single-storeyed link that formerly served as a side entrance. A tall, round-headed window illuminates the staircase within.
