Description

Golden Dell is an L-shaped, two-storey house built in the 17th century, with early 19th-century and circa 1900 elements. The structure features a timber frame primarily clad in brickwork, topped with an old tiled roof that has hips and outshots. The north-west wall displays an exposed heavy frame with rendered and brickwork infill, while the other walls are constructed of red brick in Flemish, Flemish Garden Wall, and English bonds. The windows are mostly metal casements, including several from the early 19th century and some modern replicas. There is a modern glazed door set within an open porch, along with an old boarded door in a solid frame located on the north-east side.
