Description
Duncroft Farmhouse is a timber-framed house that dates from the 17th, 18th, and 19th centuries. It has two storeys and features two windows. The roof is tiled, with brick dentil eaves and tile-hung gables at each end, along with a shafted stack. The front wall (east) is made of red brick in Flemish bond, which includes blue headers, red quoins, a plinth, and rubbed flat arches. The windows are Victorian sashes, and there is a plain doorway. The rear wall (west) has three upper casement windows beneath cambered heads, and two doorways that have been altered. On the south side, there is a single-storeyed extension with a half-hipped roof, brick walls, and casement windows.
