Description
Kinghams Farmhouse is a late 17th century building featuring two storeys and two symmetrical elevations, each with two windows. It has a steeply pitched hipped tile roof with moulded brick eaves, which are partially plastered to create a coved moulding. A small section of the original wall is made of red brick in English bond, complete with a first floor band and plinth. The north-east and north-west elevations are rendered, with the north-west elevation showcasing a central diamond recess that displays the date 1677. The south-west elevation features first floor tile-hanging above the rendering, while a later extension at the south-east corner is entirely tile-hung, including the attached stack. The windows consist of casements and two sashes on the south-west elevation. The entrance includes a plain doorway with a half-glazed door.
