Description

Cole Henley Farmhouse is a building dating from the 17th, 18th, and early 19th centuries. It is a one-storey and attic structure with a thatched roof, half-hipped in design and featuring raised eaves above the upper casement windows. The walls are rendered, though sections of the interior reveal a timber frame construction with brick nogging. The farmhouse has a plinth, sash windows, and three windows arranged within a large half-octagonal bay. There are two doorways, each with a solid frame, a hood supported on brackets, and a panelled door. A small section of brickwork, which returns along the east end gable, is present on the east side of the building.
