Description

Carpenters Farmhouse is a T-shaped timber-framed house dating from the 16th and 17th centuries. It has two storeys and features irregular window placement. The roof is tiled, with one half-hip and two gables, and there is a shafted stack. The exposed arch-braced frame is mainly visible on the first floor, with red brick infill and other walling constructed in English bond. The windows are casements, and there is a boarded door.
