Batt's Farmhouse, also known as No 16 Batt's Hill, is a 17th century or earlier timber-framed building. The timber framing is exposed at the back, while the front is re-faced with red brick and grey headers. It features a steeply pitched tiled roof and casement windows. The farmhouse has two storeys and three windows.
