Description

Chase Farmhouse, dating circa 1830, is a one-storey building with two windows. It is constructed of ashlar and has a slate roof. The building features two stepped gables containing cartouches, with higher pointed gables rising behind them. A recessed porch with a sloping roof is located between the gables. The casement windows have two pointed lights and small square panes, each with a dripstone above.
