Description

The Former Frant Church of England School, built in 1852, is a single-storey building with an attic. It features five windows and is constructed of red brick with some grey headers. The design includes two gables adorned with scalloped bargeboards, and a bell is hung below the south gable. The school has been extended to the south into what is likely an older outbuilding, which has painted brick on the ground floor and is tile-hung above. An inscription on the building notes that the school was founded in 1816 and rebuilt in 1852.
