Description
Gilpin Cottage and the adjoining cottage are likely of 17th-century origin, and were originally four cottages, now combined into two dwellings. The building is two storeys and has an attic space. It has four windows, with two gabled dormers visible on the roof. The ground floor is constructed of red brick with grey brick headers, while the upper floor is clad in tile hanging. The roof is tiled and half-hipped. Casement windows are present throughout.
