The Oaks is an 18th-century building located on the south side of the Village Street in Pevensey. It stands two storeys high with an attic and features four windows, along with two gabled dormers. The exterior is faced with weather-boarding, and it has a mansarded tiled roof. The glazing bars are intact, and there is a gabled trellised porch at the entrance.
