Description

Rose Cottages comprise a group of 18th-century buildings located on London Road in Forest Row. The original numbering has been amended to reflect numbers 1 to 5 consecutively. The cottages are two storeys and have an attic, presenting a facade of seven windows with one dormer. The construction is primarily red brick with grey headers, though Nos 3 to 5 have been painted. An eaves cornice featuring modillions is present. The roofs are tiled. The windows are casement style. Each doorway is topped with a flat hood supported by brackets, and modern shop fronts are located at the north end.
