Description

Hesmonds is an L-shaped house built around 1830. It has two storeys and features six windows. The exterior is made of red brick, accented by a stuccoed cornice above each floor, with long and short quoins. The porch is supported by twin columns with foliated capitals. The roof is hipped and covered with slate. The glazing bars are intact. The doorway includes side lights, a narrow rectangular fanlight, and a door with six fielded panels. The side wall is also stuccoed and has four windows, which are fitted with Venetian shutters.
