Description

Dog Cottage is likely a 15th-century hall-house that has been encased in 18th-century brick and tile. The building features Flemish bond red brick with blue headers, tile hanging on the sides, and some sandstone ashlar. It has tile roofs with a central, panelled chimneystack. The front of the cottage is two storeys high and includes 3-light casements. The left side has a very high pitched roof.
