Description

Sandbanks is an L-shaped house located on Ersham Road in Hailsham. The north wing dates back to the 17th century and was altered in the 19th century. The building has two storeys and an attic, featuring three windows and two 19th-century gabled dormers. The exterior is stuccoed with a tiled roof, and it has casement windows. There is an iron veranda on the ground floor, which also has a tiled roof. The east wing was built in the 19th century.
