Description

Emerson College is a large house built around 1830, featuring two storeys and an attic with seven windows and two gabled dormers. The ground floor is made of painted brick, while the upper floor is adorned with fishscale tiles that have also been painted. The building has a modillion eaves cornice and a central pediment. A Venetian window is located in the centre of the first floor. The roof is slate, and the glazing bars are missing. There is a trellised iron verandah on the ground floor.
