Industrial building, currently two cottages and a light industrial workshop. Dated 1819 on a stone plaque to the front with the initials J K. One bay extension to right probably late C19. Ground floor red brick, upper floors tile-hung. Hipped renewed tiled roof with brick chimneystack. Three storeys; 4 windows and one windowspace. Windows are either wooden casements or Yorkshire sashes, in cambered openings to ground floor. Wooden steps to first floor with large door. Ground floor has two cambered doorcases to cottages, one C20 window, wide industrial door and left side large window of C20 date. Later C19 extension is of 2 storeys with brick ground floor and tile hung first floor and sloping tiled roof.
