NORTHIAM MILL LANE Apple Yard Cottage (Formerly listed as Sunnyside, MILL CORNER)

GV II House, possibly once two cottages. Probably early C19 extended to right in mid C19, refenestrated in C20. Timber framed, clad in weatherboarding on brick plinth. Tiled roof with end brick chimneystacks and further chimneystack in extension to rear. Two storeys; three windows. C20 casements. Two doorcases with flat hoods on brackets and C20 half-glazed doors. Ground floor has exposed frame.
