House, at one time subdivided. Probably early to mid C18, later extended by one bay and refenestrated in C20. Timberframed but ground floor clad in red brick in stretcher bond, first floor weatherboarded but side elevation partly tiled. Extension and outshut weatherboarded. Left hand two bays thatched, right hand two bays tiled with external stack to left and rear stack to right. Two storeys; four windows. C20 casements. Gabled weatherporch with plank door. Interior has open brick fireplace to dining room, 4 plank doors, winder staircase. First floor has C18 floorboards and some slightly curved braces which may be reused.
