Description
Nos 89 and 90 High Street is a 15th-century timber-framed building that was refaced in the early 19th century. It has two storeys and an attic, featuring four windows and four dormers. The exterior is stuccoed, with a cornice and parapet. The roof is steeply pitched, with slates on the front and tiles on the back. The glazing bars are intact. Number 89 has a doorway with Doric pilasters, while the central round-headed doorway has been converted into a window. Number 90 has a modern shop front that extends out in front of the building. Inside, the original 15th-century roof remains.
