Description

Mermaid Rose Cottage is an 18th century or early 19th century cottage located at 1578 Mermaid Passage. It is two storeys tall and features a dormer with attic bay windows on the south wall, along with two windows. The cottage is constructed of painted brick and has a tiled roof with a mansard design. The contemporary window frames have cambered heads but have had modern casements inserted. There is a modern extension on the south side of the building.
