Description

The Terrace and Garden Walls of Ashburnham Place were built in the mid-19th century. The stone terrace wall features central steps that are flanked by piers topped with ball caps. These steps lead down to lower piers, which are surmounted by figures of greyhounds. There is a central projection that leads down to a terrace at a lower level, which also has similar piers and steps.
