Description

The Orangery at Ashburnham Place is a building designed by Capability Brown in 1767, later refaced with red brick and grey headers around 1845. It is a single-storey structure featuring seven large round-headed windows with glazing bars. Each window bay is flanked by pilasters, and there is a cornice and parapet. The Orangery is located to the northwest of the main house and is now connected to it by a modern conference wing.
