Description

Goddards House is an 18th-century building located at No. 84 Belle Hill in Old Town. It is two storeys high and features four windows. The exterior is made of painted brick and has an eaves cornice with a slate roof. The glazing bars are intact. The building has two bays on both floors, with the southeast bay topped by a gable. The doorway is notable for its engaged columns, a pediment, a semi-circular fanlight, and a door with six moulded and fielded panels. Nos 84 to 88 (even) form a group with Millfield, which is of local interest.
