Description

Barrack Hall is a house with a history spanning several centuries. The central portion dates back to the 18th century or earlier. It is two storeys high with an attic, and the front is covered in tiles. The roof is hipped and tiled, with a mansard design. A small addition in red brick was built in the early 19th century to the north, and a larger 19th-century addition in brick with a slate roof was constructed to the south. The house has five windows overall. Barrack Hall forms a group with numbers 22 to 28 (even) and High Street.
