Description

No 1 Mount Street is possibly an early 19th-century market hall that has been converted into a shop. The building is one storey high with an attic. The ground floor is constructed of red brick with grey headers, and it is partly painted. There are three window bays featuring large round-headed arches that are flanked by pilasters. The roof is made of slate. Atop the building is a square weatherboarded turret that includes an attic storey with one window on each side, topped with a hipped slate roof.
