Description

The garden wall to the south of the Orangery at Ashburnham Place dates from around 1845. It is constructed of red brick with grey headers and features thirteen recessed panels that are flanked by pilasters. The wall has a cornice and a parapet, with a taller pier topped with a ball cap at the west end. At the east end, there is a similar pair of piers that flank a wrought iron pedestrian gate.
