Description

These are a row of six houses, numbered 6 to 10, located on Church Street in Old Town. They were built in the early 19th century. The row is three storeys high, with number 10 being two storeys. There are six windows in total. The houses are faced with weatherboarding, except for numbers 9 and 10, which have painted brick and stucco respectively on their ground floors. A wooden eaves cornice runs along the top of the building, and the roof is tiled. The doorways are topped with projecting cornices supported by console brackets. Numbers 2 to 5, number 5A, St Peter’s Church, numbers 6 to 13, and Rimswell Cottage form a group.
