Description
Tufton Place, originally called Northiam Place, is a 17th-century house that has been restored and enlarged. The building has two storeys and an attic, featuring three windows and three dormers. The ground floor is constructed of red brick, while the upper storey is tile-hung. It has a tiled roof and casement windows. A small 18th-century stuccoed porch adds to its character. There is also a modern matching addition to the north-west.
