Description

Holgate House is a building dating from around 1830, located on the east side of Church Street in Ticehurst. It stands three storeys tall and features two windows. The structure is constructed of red brick and has a tiled roof, with the glazing bars remaining intact. The entrance is a round-headed doorway that includes pilasters, an archivolt, a semicircular fanlight, and a door made up of six fielded and moulded panels. There is a modern curved bay at the south end of the ground floor.
