Description

No. 23 Upper Lake is an 18th-century building that stands three storeys tall and features two windows. The structure is constructed of red brick with grey headers, set on a stuccoed base. It has a wooden modillion eaves cornice and two bays on each floor. The glazing bars are intact. The doorway is adorned with fluted pilasters, a pediment, a rectangular fanlight, and a door with six fielded panels.
