Description

Forge Cottages comprise a group of cottages, originally four in number, located on the east side of The Street in Sedlescombe. Dating from the 17th century, the building is in an L-shape. It is two storeys high with an attic in the gable end, and has five windows. The ground floor is constructed of red brick, while the upper portion is tile-hung. The roof is tiled. The windows are casement type.
