Description

Johns Cottages, located on the south side of The Street in Bethersden, is a group of three cottages that were likely built in the 17th century or earlier. The cottages were refaced in the 18th century, featuring red brick on the ground floor and tile-hung above. They have a steeply-pitched hipped tiled roof and four casement windows. The easternmost cottage has lost its trellised wooden porch.
