Description

Sunnyside is a 16th century or earlier timber-framed building located on the north side of The Street in Bethersden. The ground floor is refaced with stucco, while the first floor is hung with curved tiles, maintaining the overhang of the first floor on a bressumer with a bellcast above it. The building features a half-hipped tiled roof and consists of two storeys and an attic in the gable end. There are three casement windows present. At the east end, there is a former shop that is one storey high, faced with painted brick and topped with a half-hipped tiled roof. Above the shop window, there is a bellcast supported by diagonal struts.
