Description

Merriments Farmhouse is an L-shaped building that dates back to the mid 16th century. The original section is timber-framed and has been refaced with red brick on the ground floor, while the upper part is tile-hung. It features a tiled roof and casement windows, and stands two storeys tall with three windows. An L-wing was added to the north in the 19th century, constructed of red brick with grey headers and stone.
