Description

Little Dixter is an L-shaped building located in Northiam, with its north wing dating from the 16th century. This section is primarily tile-hung, although one bay retains exposed timber framing with an overhanging gable above. The building has two storeys and features one window in the north wing. The south wing, which was built in the early 19th century, also has two storeys and includes three windows. The ground floor is constructed of red brick, while the upper level is tile-hung. The entire building has a tiled roof and casement windows.
