Description

Higham Farmhouse is an L-shaped house dating from the 15th century, which has been refaced. It has two storeys and an attic, featuring four windows. The exterior is tile-hung with a tiled roof and two small gables. The windows are casement style with small square leaded panes. There is a red brick chimney breast on the east wall. The 18th-century doorway is adorned with Ionic columns, a pediment, a semicircular fanlight, and a door that has six moulded and fielded panes. Additionally, there is a Venetian window at the east end of the first floor.
