Description

Great Bucksteep is an L-shaped house that dates back to the 17th century or earlier. The main wing features a timber frame that has been refronted with red brick and grey headers, while the sides and back are tile-hung. It has a hipped tiled roof and casement windows with pointed panes. There is an ashlar and brick chimney breast on the south wall. An L-wing was added to the rear in the 18th century. The house has two storeys and four windows.
