Description

Hawkswood and The Old Cottage is a 17th century or earlier timber-framed building located on Kitchenham Road in Catsfield. The building features plastered infilling, with the ground floor rebuilt in red brick and grey headers. It has a hipped tiled roof and casement windows. There is a doorway at the east end that has a tiled hood over it. At this same end, there is a section that is entirely timbered, which was formerly used as a wheelwright's shop.
