Description

Rafters, originally known as Poyers Farm, dates from the 17th century or earlier. It is a two-storey building with four windows. The ground floor is red brick, while the upper floor is tile-hung. The roof is hipped and tiled. The windows are casement windows. A doorway features a projecting cornice. A modern bow window has been added to the west end of the ground floor, and a modern L-shaped extension stands behind the main building.
