This is a late 18th-century building, likely dating from around 1790. It is a two-storey building with two windows. The exterior is white-painted brick with a brick eaves cornice. The roof is covered in modern red tiles and features one dormer window. The windows are modern casements. A pedimented doorway is present, containing a blocked fanlight and a six-panel door with two glass panels.
