Description

Wellingham Folly is an 18th-century building that was originally two cottages. It stands two storeys high with an attic and features three windows and two gabled dormers. The exterior is made of painted brick and includes an eaves bracket cornice. The glazing bars are intact. A trellised porch leads to the entrance, which has pilasters and a door with six fielded panels.
