The Old Thatch, along with 3 and 4 Tudor Cottages and Attrees, is an L-shaped building. The southern wing dates from the 17th century or earlier and is a restored and modernised timber-framed structure with plaster infilling. It has a modern tiled roof and casement windows, including one original oriel window on the first floor. The wing is two storeys high with an attic, and has four windows and three modern dormers. The eastern wing is a modern addition, built to imitate timber framing, but features sash windows.
