Description
Nos 102 and 103 High Street are likely 16th century timber-framed buildings. They have steep-pitched tiled roofs with gable ends. The buildings are two storeys high. The first floor oversails on shaped brackets and features close-set vertical studding. The ground floor has three modern segmental bay windows with glazing bars. Number 103 includes a new door. Number 102 features a passageway with a moulded bressummer and a three-centred arch doorcase. The interior of Number 103 also contains a moulded bressummer. Nos 102 and 103, together with the listed buildings along High Street up to Number 118, form a group of buildings of group value.
