Description

Pilgrims is a pair of cottages, now combined into a single house, likely dating from the 17th century or earlier. The construction is a mix of timber framing and brick, with an old tile roof and a substantial chimney on the right-hand side. The south front features three irregular bays, with gabled dormer windows above three-light casement windows, all with leaded and half-glazed panels, and a 20th-century door situated between the left and centre bays. A small stair window is visible at the rear, alongside timber framing. The house has undergone significant alterations, including a large 20th-century extension at the rear. Group Value: The building contributes to the group value of the street.
