Description

Overdene and Warwick House, including Flats 1-5, are a pair of early 19th-century houses, later converted to flats and an office, with a 20th-century addition to the right. The houses are rendered with a slate roof. They are two storeys high with a basement. Pilaster strips are located at the front, flanking the first, second, sixth, and seventh bays. There are stacks positioned in front of the ridge to the left, and off-centre to the right, along with a large central ridge stack. The windows are sashes, some with glazing bars. The second and sixth bays are recessed with quadrant corners and curved sashes. A blind window is positioned centrally on the first floor. Three central ground floor windows are set in arched recesses, with the centre one being blind. The first bay to the right is blank on the ground floor. A flight of eight steps leads to a four-panelled door in the second bay from the left, and a two-panelled door with a rectangular overlight is in the second bay from the right.
