Description
Eastwick is a house dating from the late 17th century. The building features a rendered southern facade, while the eastern, western, and northern sides are constructed of flint with brick dressings and quoins. It has a tiled roof that is half hipped to the east, with the roof extending across the gable at the eaves level. There is an end chimney on the west side and a ridge chimney located one bay from the east. The house is two storeys tall with an attic and includes a lean-to extension on the north side.
On the east elevation, there is a central 20th-century mullion and transom window on the ground floor, a two-light casement window on the first floor, and a small attic window in the gable. The south elevation features three irregular casement windows, along with a door located under a gabled porch, which is positioned opposite the chimney and between the first and second windows from the right.
