Description

No. 16 Bridge Street is a house that has been converted into a house and shop. It dates from the early 17th century and 18th century. The building features a tiled roof with a central brick chimney and one gabled dormer. The brick walls are painted, and there is a dentil course at the eaves and a band at the first floor. It stands two storeys high with an attic and has three glazing bar sash windows with exposed frames and cambered heads, along with one blank space between the left and centre sashes. There is a carriage entrance to the right on the ground floor, a plain shop window from the 20th century, a central 20th-century glazed door, and two glazing bar sashes to the left.
